Asian Noodle Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked noodles or spaghetti

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup shredded cabbage

1 sliced green bell pepper

1/2 cup roasted peanuts

Dressing: 2 tablepoons toasted sesame oil

salt according to taste

2 tablespoons peanut butter

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

2 tablespoons rice vineagar

Toss the noodls with all the vegetables and drizzle the dressing on top.
