Baked Penne

Baked Penne Arrabiatta


Ingredients:

1 boxed penne

2 organic cluster tomatoes

1 can fire roasted tomatoes

3 -4 pods of garlic crushed

1/2 medium red onion sliced

2 dried red chillies

2 tablespoond olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

2 breast slices of chicken

1tablespoon rosemary

1 teaspoon garlic crushed

Salt-1/2 teaspoon

salt for the sauce according to taste

5-6 fresh basil leaves

1/2 cup grated mozzorella cheese

Boil the Penne according to instructions with a little salt and drain the water add butter to it.

Now in a pan add the oil and saute the onions, garlic and some freshed tomatoes and add the can of tomatoes and add salt and dried red chillies . Swirtch the stove off and used the hand blender to smooth the mixture. Now the sauce is ready. Preheat the oven at 400F

Now just sprinkle some salt and rosemary to the chicken and grill it in a pan and add it to the sauce.

Cook it together for 8-10 minutes and then in a casserole Put the pasta and the chicken with the sauce and sprinkle the grated cheese and put the caaserole in the oven for 10-12 minutes.

Serves 4 people.
