Besan barfi ( Gramflour cake)

Roast gram flour , sugar , ghee with dry fruits


Ingredients;

2 cups gram flour -besan

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup water

1/4th cup -2/3rd cup ghee

1 teasppon cardamon

5-6 sliced almonds

In a wok warm the ghee, then add the gram flour (besan) roast till it is golen bown, In a saucepan add water , sugar and 1 teaspoon cardamon bring to a boil simmer and turn the stove off. Slowly add the syrup to the roasted gram flour and continously stir it. let it cool and pour it o n

he baking pan sheet and add almonds on top and refrigerate for an hour Cut into squares and serve.
