Bok choy

Steamed bok choy with veg fried rice


Ingredients:

Bok choy

Garlic 3-4 cloves

soy sauce just to drizzle

Take a pot of water boil with the garlic and place the steamer on top with the bok choy for 5-6 minutes and in a bowl place ice with water and take the boy choy out of the steamer and place it in the ice cold water and drain immediately and drizzle some toasted sesame oil and soy sauce and salt according to taste. The science behind putting it in cold water is that it retains it's freshness and the color too.
