Minced chicken patty with spices and shallow fry them. You can have it by itself or as a patty in your burger.
Ingredients:
1 lb minced chicken
1 teaspoon grated ginger
3 pods minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 chopped green chillies
chopped cilantro
salt according to taste
1 small finely chopped onions
1 egg
Mix it all well together and refrigerate for a few hours till it is firm and make it into a patty and shallow fry them. Serve it by itself or as a patty in a bun.
