Ingredients-1 cup vegetsble oil plus 1/4th cup sesme oil
3 - Black cardamon
1/3rd cup sichuan peppercorn
2 tablespons coriander seeds
3 garlic podswith skin on
1/4th cup chilli flakes
1 cinnamom stick
In a sauce pan add oil start heating it in medium heat. Add peppercorns, cinnamon, cardamon and coriander seeds , garlic. Let it cook for 10-12 minutes lower the heat. In a bowl add the chilli flakes and some salt. Strain the oil with the spices into this bowl with chilli flakes.
