Cream style Vegetable Soup

Eat your veggies and make it a complete meal in the form of soup. Healthy & Delcious.



Ingredients:

5-6 cups of water

1/2 cup milk

1/4th cup carrots

1/4th cup green beans

1/4th cup cauliflower or broccoli or both

1/4th cup peas and corn

Salt to taste

1/4th teaspoon blackpepper

1 tablespoons corn starch soak in cold water

2 cloves of garlic

1 bay leaf

1 tablespoon butter

1 ablespoon all purpre flour


Preparation

Boil the vegetables with water for a bit and add salt and pepper . Let it keep boiling. In another pan roast the garlic with butter and bay leaf add some fresh pepper corn and then add the flour and roast it together well and add milk. Now add this to the boiling vegetables and at last the soaked corn starch so we can thicken the soup. Garnish with parsley and serve.
