Ingredients: 1 English cucumber
1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt
salt to taste
1/4th teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup dill
handful mint leaves
1/2 sliced red onions
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Slice the cucumber and onions. Place it on your salad plate . In a blender add the yogurt with the salt, pepper, honey and garlic powder. Pour on the cucumber and add chopped mint and dill to it. Delicious summer salad.
