Cut spicy green beans with potatoes

Sauteed green beans with cumin seeds and garlic and chopped potatoes.

Ingredients:

2 cups chopped green beans

2 small potatoes-peeled and chopped

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

2 cloves of garlic chopped

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

1/4th teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

1 tablespoon tomato paste dilute with 3 tablespoons water

salt to taste

3 tablespoon of oil

In a wok or karahi- Add oil and then cumin seeds , once you hear the crackling add the garlic. Once it is golden then add salt and dried spices add tomato paste stir it well and then add cut beans and potatoes. Cover the lid for 10-12 minutes. Open the lid and stir it, . Turn the stove off. Serve with hot rotis.
