Fresh Vegetable sweet corn soup

Ingredients:


1/2 cup chopped carrots

1/2 cup green bean chopped

1/2 cup cabbage

1/2 cup corn puréed

1/2 cup sweet corn

Salt according to taste

1/4 th teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons corn starch dissolved in half cup water

1 tablespoon vinegar with 2 green chilies chopped

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1/4 th teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon chopped green onions


Method:

In a stockpot or saucepan add 3 cups water let it boil then add the carrots first once that starts boiling add green beans and corn then add the corn purée and green onions , add salt according to taste then pepper and green chilies soaked in vinegar. Once it's boiled for 5-7 minutes add the cornstarch that's mixed with water to thicken the soup. Before serving add some soy sauce.
