A Winter Dessert
Ingredients: 4 1/2 cups grated carrots
1. tablespoon ghee
1 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon cardamon powder
3/4th cup sugar
1 teaspoon pistachios
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
1 teaspoon raisins
Warm the pan and add grated carrot. Let the moisture evaporate then add the sugar then the moisture will evaprate and leve the water from the carrot, add ghee after roasting then add millk and let the carrots cook well in low heat . Once moisture dries up add the almonds, raising and pistachios.
