Happiness is eating salad with your favorite dressing

Buffalo chicken salad with homemade dressing


Ingredients:

1 lb chicken breast cut into strips

2 cups panko crust 1/4th cup all purpose flour

3 eggs

salt to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teasponn red chilli powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

Mix the flour + panko crust and dry spices together.

Beat the eggs. Dip the chicken first in egg and then the flour mibture and place it on the baking sheet.

Preheat the oven at 425 for 15 minutes . Then take it out and add buffalo sauce for 10 minutes.


Now for the salad we need chopped romaine lettuce and cabbage , 1/2 cup carrots shredded

1 avocado and 1 persian cucumber diced , 1/2 cup corn and 1/2 cup yellow cherry tomatoes.

Dressing- 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt ,1 teaspoon blackpepper , 1/2 teaspoon srriracha , 1/4th cup chopped cilantro . Mix this well together and pour it on top of your salad with chicken.
