Methi(Fenugreek) Parantha serve it with plain yogurt.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups wheat flour and 1/2 cup gram flour
2-3 tablespoons oil
1 small finely chopped onions
chopped and washed methi (fenugreek) leaves
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds-ajwain
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 chopped green chillies
1/4th teaspoon red chilli powder
salt as per taste
Now mix the flour with 1 cup of warm water and dry spices add oil and knead it till its consistency is firm and then leave the dough aside. Now make small balls and take some dry flour and roll it with the rollong pin and make it like a chapati. Heat the skillet with some oil and pan fry these on both sides . Add some butter on top and serve it with yogurt and pickle.
