Stir fry vegetables in soy sauce , garlic with battered fry chicken breasts

1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts , cut into small pieces
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or more to increase spiciness)
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
2 green onions chopped
1 red and green bell pepper , chopped
1 small onion diced
For the sauce:
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 teaspoon chili paste with garlic (or use sriracha hot sauce with a little minced garlic)
1 Tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt according to taste
Marinate the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt , 1 tablespoon flour, 1 egg and fry this in the frying pan. Set the chicken aside after it is golden brown.
In a pan add oil and stir fry garlic with vegetables once it is brown add the chicken. Now for the sauce in a sauce pan add the broth with the chili paste soy sauce vinegar, salt and sugar to thicken it add the corn starch and then add this sauce to the chicken. Serve it with steamed or fried rice.
