Methi Parantha

A typical North Indian breakfast on a cold winter morning. Methi ( fenugreek leaves) a winter vegetable. Ingredients :

1 cup wheat flour

1/4 th cup gram flour( besan)

1 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon oil

Warm water enough to knead into a dough ball and then after kneading leaves it aside for 30 minutes and cover with a wet cloth. flatten the small dough ball into 6 inch circles. Fry them on a hot skillet with 1-2 tablespoons of avocado oil. Serve it with plain cold yogurt (dahi)
