1 cup Mixed greens-lettuce , spinach and cabbage
1/4th cup shredded carrot
1/2 chopped english cucumber
1 small avocado
1/4th cup roasted pumpkin seeds
Dressing- 1 cup nonfat greek yogurt
salt to tatse
1 serrano pepper
1/4th teaapoon pepper
3 tablespoons lemon juice
pinch of sugar
1/4th teaspoon dill (dry)
1/2 teaspoon chives fresh or dry
1/4th cup cilantro.
Put them all in a food processor and grind it . Pour it on topof your salad.
