Open faced Omlette sandwich or Omlette Parantha

Egg open face sandwich flower shaped with veggies or Veggie Omlette parantha


Omlette Parantha:

2 eggs

1 small onion finely chopped

1/2 " crushed ginger

1 chopped green chillies

2-3 cherry tomatoes

chopped basil

salt to taste

for the dough-1 cup wheat flour

salt to taste

1 teaspoon caraway seeds ( ajwain)

2 teaspoons oil and 1/2 cup warm water and knead it to a consistency of a dough. Roll it and pan fry on the nonstick skillet with some oil.

hen place the omlette on top and place it on a bed of lettuce.
