Paneer Bhurji

Spicy or mild depends on how you want this dish. Paneer (Indian cheese)

Grated paneer cooked with spices

Ingredients:

300 gms Paneer

medium size red onions diced

2 chopped cluster tomatoes

2 chopped green chillies

1 " ginger chopped or minced

chopped cilantro

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1/4th teaspoon turmeric powder

1/4th teaspoon -1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder depending on the spice level yo want

salt according to taste

1/2 cup frozen peas -optional


In a pan add some oil wait for it to warm then add cumin seeds and onions make sure it is golden brown. Then add the ginger , green chillies and tomatoes -wait for it to cook till you see the oil coming up.

Now add the dry spices stir the mixture well and add the dry spices . Once it is cooked and mixed well add the peas , cover the lid for 6-7 minutes and then at last add the grated paneer . Mix well and cover for 7-8 minutes and add chopped cilantro to garnish this delicious paneer bhurji.
