Pecan Rum Bundt Cake

Bundt cake with pecans and rum


Ingredients:

1 box of Duncan hines chocolate mix

1 box instant vanilla pudding mix

4 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4th cup spiced or dark rum

1/2 cup water

Preheat oven to 325F

Mix all together with the cake mixer.

1/2 cup chopped pecans

In the bundt pan add some oil to grease and dust it with some flour.

Pour half the batter and sprinkle half of the pecans and then pour the resst of the batter in the pan and sprinkle the other half. Put it in the oven and bake it for 50-55 minutes.

Let the cake cool and withe a toothpick make holes so the glaze can go inside.

Glaze: 1 stick unsalted butter

1 cup sugar

1/4th up water

1/2 cup rum

In a saucepan let the butter melt add sugar, water and rum.Let it boil. Turn the gas off and pour it on top of the cake. Enjoy!
