Roasted Potato and chickpea chaat

Ingredients:

3 -4 Potatoes

1/2 cup garbanzo beans -soaked overnight or can of garbanzo beans

1 teaspoon roased cumin powder

10-12 sev puri

1/4th cup choppee cilantro

1 teaspoon red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

1/2 cup pomengrante seeds

1 cup plain yogurt whisked

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 cup tamarind date chutney-soak 1 cu tamarind with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 4-5 dates in hotwater and grind it

1/2 cup coriander and mint chutney -1 bunch cilantro 1/2 a bunch mint , 3-4 green chillies-1 " ginger , sat to taste and grind it. Add 1/4th cup lime juice with some water.

1 tablespoon sev

Cook the garbanzo in a cooker for 3-4 whistles if you are using fresh soaked ones if using the can just drain the fluid and roast it in a pan with 1 tablespoon oil with salt and cmuin powder

Now boil the potatoes and roast them too and mix the beans and potatoes.

In a plate put the sev puri and then add the roasted potatoes and beans. Now in another bowl add the whisked yogurt with salt sugar according to tatse. Put the chaat masala and red chilli powder on the roasted mix and then add the yogurt and chutneys > Garnish with pomengranate , cilantro and sev.
