Ingredients: 1 lb chopped chicken thigh boneless and skinless
to marinate - salt 12 teaspoon
pepper, 1/4th teaspoon red pepper
2 eggs
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Oil
Chopped lettuce
1 chopped avocado
salt to taste
2 tablespoons chipotle aiole
3-4 chopped cherry tomatoes
1/4th cup corn
fries cashewnuts 1 tablespoon
Deep Fry the chicken with 1/2onions ,1 green pepper and 2 pods garlic -Chicken and salt and eggs then coat it with breadcrumbs and deep fry. Chopped lettuce , add tomatoes , corn and avocado with salt & pepper and aioli toss it well. Add the fried chicken to the lettuce now with some cashewnuts top it.
