Sprouted lentil salad

Sprouted moong dal(lentils) and spice it up with veggies and spices.

Ingredients: 1 cup sprouted moong dal-lentils.

1/2 chopped red onion

1 large tomato chopped

1 chopped green chillies

chopped white peach-1

1/2 english cucumber diced

chopped cottage cheese

salt to taste

1/4th teaspoon red chilli powder

1/4th teaspoon cumin powder

1/4th cup lime juice

pinch of sugar.

peanuts optional

tangerine optional
