Sauteed vegetables with garlic, and spices asian style.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup baby corn
4-5 bok choy
4-5 asparagus
chestnut 1/4th cup
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 bell pepper
1-2 whole red chilli
1 tablespoon vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce mix it with 1/2 teaspoon honey
Wash and drain the vegetables. In a nonstick wok add the oil and then once it is hot add the garlic and whole red chillies then all the vegetables added to it. Saute on high heat and add the sauce. Serve it as it is or with vegetable fried rice or noodles.
