Tangy colorful Shrimp Salad

This salad is a meal by itself healthy and yummy.


Ingredients:

10-12 shrimp pieces medium sized

chopped lettuce and cabbage

4-5 cherry tomatoes

avocado

1/4th cup corn

Saute the shrimp first . In a nonstick skillet add 2 tablespoons of oil and 3 cloves of minced garlic

Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice some salt and some tajin seasoning and set it aside

Now put the corn in a baking dish and on 350 F, let it bake for 20-25 minutes

Mix the corn with the shrimp and add this to your chopped lettuce and cabbage. Put some avocado, tomatoes and mango .

Dressing -2 tablespoons buffalo sauce and in 1 tablespoon greek yogurt add chopped basil+ cilantro.
