Ingredients: 1/4th cup spinach and 1 cup lettuce
1 cup roasted corn
1/2 green bell pepper and 1/2 red bell pepper
1 avocado
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
handful of crushed tortilla chips
Dressing
1 cup nonfat greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chipotle peppers canned
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Put it all in a blender and drizzle on top of the salad according to how much you want it.
Add your choice of protein to it.
