Veggies, spices. breadcrumbs oats, mixed togther and shall fry as patty.
Ingredients:
2 small potatoes
1/4th cup corn
1/4th cup grated carrots
1/2 teaspoon ginger
salt to taste
1 tablespoon breadcrumb
1/4th teaspoon red chilli powder
1 small onion diced
Mix it all together , shallow fry in a nonstick pan.
Serve it as it is with Lettuce , tomatoes and Avocado and add your favorite condiments or put in a ban and have it as a burger.
