Stir fry Fried rice with mixed veggies
Ingredients:
1 cup jasmine rice cooked
1/4th cup carrots
1/2 chopped red bell pepper
1/4th cup corn
1/2 chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4th cup edamame
salt to taste
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
In a pan add 2 tablespoons of oil , let it get warm add chopped onion and garlic as soon as it gets translucent add the vegetables and stir fry it. Now add salt according to taste, sriracha sauce and the jasmine cooked rice, toss it well and serve it with your favorite dish.
