Whiskey Cake with berries

Take a bite I promise you will not be drunk just happy for sure.


Ingredients:

Yellow cake mix

1 box of vanilla jello pudding

1/2 cup oil

4 eggs

1/4th cup warm water

1/4th cup canadian whisky

Mix all of these ingredients togther and beat the batter with the cake mixer.


In the mean time Preheat the oven for 350 F and pour the batter in a greased bundt pan . Letit bake for 50 minutes. While it is baking we will prepare the syrup for the cake.

Syrup- In a sauce pan we put half cup of unsalted butter plus 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup whiskey


Once the cake is done let it cool for 10-15 minues make holes with a pour while the cake is still in the bundt and then add the syrup in it.

Now take the cake out on your choice of cake plate and dust some powdered sugar and fill the hole with some mixed berries.
